The Opportunity
We are a growing MSP serving the Nederland and Jennings communities, and we are looking for a Microsoft Specialist to lead our "M365 First" initiative. You won't just be closing tickets; you will be the architect of our "Golden Tenant" standard. Your mission is to secure our clients' environments, lead them through the AI revolution with Microsoft Copilot, and ensure they remain insurable in an increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape.
What you'll work on
- Standardization: Audit our existing client base and implement a standardized "Golden Baseline" across all Microsoft tenants, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Defender for Business.
- AI & Copilot Readiness: Conduct "Data Hygiene" and "AI Readiness Audits" for clients. You will ensure their data permissions are locked down before deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, preventing internal data leaks.
- Sales Engineering: Join the owner on strategic account reviews. You will demonstrate the value of Business Premium, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Copilot to business owners, translating complex tech into ROI.
- Automation & Low-Code: Identify repetitive manual tasks within client businesses and build "small win" automations using Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Technical Requirements
- Expert Level: Microsoft 365 administration (Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange).
- Advanced Level: Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices at scale.
- Knowledgeable: Azure infrastructure, specifically Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Backup/Site Recovery.
- Certifications: MS-900 (Fundamentals) or MS-102 (Administrator Expert) preferred but not required—we value hands-on experience and the ability to solve problems.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
