Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, from POC to production
Build LLM based applications using techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and tool calling
Implement AI workflows, agents, and pipelines using modern AI frameworks
Develop APIs, microservices, or batch pipelines to integrate AI into business systems
Work closely with product owners and business teams to refine AI use cases
Apply MLOps / LLMOps practices for model versioning, evaluation, and monitoring
Optimize AI solutions for performance, cost, reliability, and scalability
Contribute reusable components, accelerators, and internal AI libraries
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in Python based software development
Hands on experience with:
o Machine Learning models and workflows
o Generative AI and Large Language Models
o Prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
