Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered features that move beyond static automation to dynamic decision-making.
- Being responsible for implementing robust data solutions, optimizing pipelines, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI models into production environments.
- Working with a product-oriented agile squad, and focus on designing, implementing and deploying new and innovative AI solutions.
- Collaborating with talented people from different backgrounds such as data scientists, MLops engineers, analytics engineers, product managers, software engineers, QA engineers…
- Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
- AI Orchestration: Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or n8n to automate complex insurance processes — moving beyond static rules to dynamic, AI-driven decision-making.
- LLM Integration: Build and maintain LLM-powered features using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models, from prompt engineering to full pipeline deployment.
- Python Software Development: From design to deployment in production.
- Tooling & Automation: Develop internal tools that support data scientists and product teams in delivering AI-powered features faster and more reliably.
- Model Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to test and integrate machine learning models into production environments.
- Performance & Quality: Write clean, efficient Python code and continuously improve the scalability and reliability of existing agentic systems.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside MLOps, analytics, and product teams in an agile squad focused on shipping real impact.
Basic qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Python development, writing clean and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic…) you've actually built something with them, not just experimented.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or n8n.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI design patterns (agents, tools, memory, orchestration).
- Eagerness to stay on top of a fast-moving field and apply new developments quickly.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with REST API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask…).
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL…) or NoSQL (DynamoDB…).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Understanding of the ML lifecycle and how to collaborate effectively with data scientists.
- Experience with MLOps tools like Docker or MLflow.
- Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban).
- Spanish fluency.
