You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with product visionaries, UX wizards and cloud architects on the High Tech Campus, all united by one mission: turn tomorrow’s AI breakthroughs into next-quarter business value.
What you’ll do
Build end-to-end PoCs – from whiteboard sketch to production-ready demo in weeks.
Design & code full-stack AI apps (Python + Angular/Java) on Azure & AWS.
Fine-tune, test and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for accuracy, recall and groundedness.
Orchestrate agentic AI with frameworks like LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, AgentCore.
Implement RAG pipelines and deploy chat-/voice-bots that feel human.
Collaborate with a cross-functional innovation squad in rapid sprints.
Must-have toolkit
8+ years as a software engineer, now specialising in AI/ML.
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Strong Python (backend) and Angular or Java (frontend) – you can own the full stack.
Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating model performance.
Hands-on with cloud data pipelines (Azure, AWS) and data indexing.
Nice-to-have superpowers
Familiarity with MCP, A2A or other AI runtime protocols.
Built agent-to-agent or multi-agent
Experience with voice-bot and chatbot solutions in production.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
