This contract role sits within a small, high-impact engineering pod focused on building and integrating agentic LLM systems into enterprise products and internal workflows. You’ll play a key part in turning modern LLM capabilities into robust, production-ready AI services.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs and modern GenAI frameworks
- Integrate models and services into full-stack applications and operational workflows
- Lead prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning activity
- Develop reusable components for multi-agent orchestration and task automation
- Optimise model inference for scale, latency, cost, and reliability
- Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering standards
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8 years of software development experience with strong Python skills
- 1–2+ years working with LLMs or GenAI in production
- Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and production-grade deployment practices
- Experience shipping AI-powered features into live environments
Nice-to-Have
- GCP experience (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE)
- Background integrating vector search, embeddings, or retrieval systems
- Experience fine-tuning open-source models or integrating managed APIs
- Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, voice)
- Experience with workflow tools or low-code integration platforms
