Role overview
You will join a centralized Data & Analytics team, working closely with data engineers, analysts, and tracking & measurement experts. The team operates Agile, giving you substantial responsibility and the freedom to make impactful decisions from the start. You’ll be based at our Service Office, with flexible remote work options.
The Data & Analytics team supports a diverse range of organizational departments with their data needs, giving you the chance to work with a variety of data sources and use cases.
Your Experience:
- Strong fundamental experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer (4+ years of experience).
Proficiency in Python for delivering production-ready code.
Proficiency in SQL, experience with dbt is a big plus.
- While hands-on experience with GCP is a big plus, familiarity with a similar cloud platform is also valuable.
Experience with other aspects of this role are great to have, but can also be learned on the job.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with operationalizing machine learning models.
Proactive and able to take ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to production.
You are able to identify opportunities where data and machine learning can have real business impact.
You stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and you are eager to implement your learnings.
You are able to explain your solutions to a non-technical audience
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
