Role overview
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, train, and deploy machine learning systems that support real-world research and decision-making workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to translate analytical needs into scalable AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and train LLM-based applications
- Develop robust data-to-model pipelines for AI workflows
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance and reliability
- Prototype agentic workflows and structured automation systems
- Collaborate with engineering leads to integrate AI into core product workflows
Basic qualifications
- Strong Python and deep learning fundamentals
- Experience with transformer architectures or modern LLMs
- Familiarity with NLP, generative AI, or model-serving frameworks
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problem statements and find structured solutions
- Comfort iterating quickly and working independently in a fast-paced environment
