Job Summary
One of our client is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy advanced machine learning systems powering mission-critical initiatives. In this role, you will work with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to build secure, scalable, production-grade AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact systems in regulated and secure cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern agent frameworks.
Deploy AI solutions in secure cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, metadata catalogs, and ontologies to support training and inference.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and SDK integrations for seamless system interoperability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to ensure secure, reliable deployments following DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
Document architectural decisions and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and RAG-based applications in production environments.
Experience with multi-agent orchestration and tool-augmented AI workflows.
Deep familiarity with secure cloud AI services and regulated cloud environments.
Experience building scalable data pipelines and managing structured and unstructured datasets.
Strong understanding of secure coding standards and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise-grade AI platforms in regulated environments.
Knowledge of metadata catalog systems and advanced API architecture.
Prior experience supporting government or highly regulated industry projects.
