Responsibilities
- Design and develop an AI system for automated phone support
- Implement features to schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
- Build a system capable of answering common patient questions in real time
- Integrate the solution with our existing tools or systems
- Ensure a clear, professional, and efficient user experience
- Test, optimize, and maintain the system throughout the project
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in developing AI or automation solutions
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or virtual assistants
- Experience with system integration and APIs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
