If you are looking for a team that values growth, drive, and passion for your craft, if you’re seeking a place to achieve your goals and dreams with fairness and integrity, then we’d love to hear from you.We are seeking two highly skilled AI/Backend Experts to join our team for a cutting-edge AI/UI experience experimentation Proof of Concept (POC) project. This role requires senior-level expertise in AI and backend development, with the ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
Please note:

This is a 6-month project with possibility to be extended
You will be required to work on a Monday to Friday basis, 7.30 to 15.30 PST
The estimated starting date for this project is November 1st, 2024

Responsibilities:

Develop and prototype AI-driven backend solutions using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to create innovative AI-powered user experiences.
Utilize agent frameworks such as Crew AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and others to build and optimize LLM and agent-based applications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the overall architecture and design of the POC projects.
Create functional prototypes to test ideas, iterate, and improve based on feedback.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in AI and backend development.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with agent frameworks like Crew AI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
Basic understanding of building LLM and agent-based applications.
Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
Bonus: Experience with modern UI frameworks and Salesforce Platform
Strong collaboration skills and a passion for experimentation and innovation.
