We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise across low, medium, and high-voltage systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative, industry-leading datacenter projects. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and focus on both execution and operations. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver who can balance technical precision with practical, cost-effective solutions.
*What you will be responsible for
Engineering & System Responsibilities**
- High/Medium Voltage System Management: Provide expert engineering oversight, operation, and maintenance strategies for high- and medium-voltage distribution systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, feeders, protective relaying, synchronization, and power quality).
- Design & Project Implementation: Review, interpret, and validate complex engineering documentation (one-lines, P&IDs, control diagrams). Participate in the design, development, and commissioning of new electrical infrastructure and modifications related to the AI center conversion.
- Advanced Diagnostics & Optimization: Perform complex root-cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting on power quality issues, motor controls (VFDs, soft starters), PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), and industrial control panels. Utilize specialized test equipment (e.g., megger, thermal scanners, HV apparatus) for condition monitoring and optimization.
- Critical Equipment Oversight: Engineer the reliability and performance of major equipment, including MCCs, generators, UPS systems, and power quality monitoring apparatus.
