Senior Generative AI Engineer - Azure

We are partnering with an innovative technology organization seeking a Senior, hands-on Generative AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This role sits at the intersection of Azure AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise data platforms, delivering scalable AI applications, agents, and intelligent workflows integrated into real-world business systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement GenAI-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise chatbots
• Build production-ready AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native AI services
• Develop orchestration workflows using open-source frameworks
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric as the core data platform
• Partner with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable systems
• Provide technical leadership and establish engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• 2–3 years building and deploying LLM-based solutions in production
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI on Azure
• Expertise in Azure AI Foundry
• Strong Python skills for AI/ML and application development
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, AI architecture, orchestration frameworks, and agent-based systems
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to lead technically and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Enterprise-scale AI deployment experience
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices

Working Model: Hybrid (Wroclaw, Poland) Contract: 12 months Working Hours: European business hours, with occasional overlap across global teams
