We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who combines strong hands-on expertise with the ability to lead and scale analytics solutions in a complex, multi-market environment. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering advanced analytics solutions, generating actionable insights and driving tangible business impact, with a strong focus in the route-to-market and commercial effectiveness areas. You will work closely with business stakeholders, translating ambiguous problems into scalable data products deployed across 29 markets. Beyond individual contribution, you will play a key role in shaping our data science practices and, over time, lead and mentor a small team of data scientists, ensuring high standards in both technical delivery and business impact. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who can independently drive complex problems end-to-end and balance deep technical execution with evolving leadership responsibilities.
What you'll work on
- Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and identify opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, from problem framing to production deployment and continuous improvement, working within Agile/SAFe ways of working.
- Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to extract insights, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones.
- Lead the development of proof-of-concept solutions and ensure their scalability across multiple markets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business experts, to ensure robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and propose new data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Contribute to building and scaling a high-performing data science team, acting as a technical reference point, driving best practices, and supporting the development of other data scientists.
