**Senior AI Engineer

As Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions, with a particular focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Build side:
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
- Develop RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) solutions and AI agents to make large data sources accessible and usable.
- Contribute to the creation of an enterprise AI platform that integrates AI agents, RAG, and other cutting-edge technologies for multiple business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to design and implement impactful AI-driven solutions.
Run side:
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights with the team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into the current technological landscape.
- Participate in the architecture and strategic direction of the AI platform.
- Contribute to the industrialization and centralization of AI tools across the organization.

- Software Engineering Best Practices: Deep understanding of software design patterns, API development, and scalability.
- Development Methodologies: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline setups, and related tools.
