Role overview
- Ground floor opportunity - join as contract/part-time with clear path to full-time and equity as revenue grows
- Remote role with startup flexibility and autonomy in exchange for ownership and accountability
- See direct results from your work - workflows you build will handle millions of dollars in client business
- Help shape how an entire industry (professional services) adopts AI without losing the human expertise that makes them valuable
What you'll work on
Build medium-to-high complexity workflows and agents using no-code platforms - we'll train you on the specific tools, but you need to pick them up quickly and become proficient independently.
Design comprehensive test scenarios that anticipate every possible input variation, edge case, and user error - this is where your marketing experience matters. You need to know what clients will actually throw at these systems.
Run systematic evaluations of workflow outputs, comparing results against client standards and identifying patterns in what works and what breaks. Document findings and iterate until outputs consistently meet quality benchmarks.
Troubleshoot failed workflows, broken integrations, and unexpected outputs - diagnosing root causes, implementing fixes, and testing solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for workflows, including setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and best practices that allow clients or team members to use and maintain systems independently.
Collaborate with clients occasionally to understand requirements, gather feedback on workflow performance, and make adjustments based on real-world usage.
Stay current on AI capabilities and platform updates that could improve workflow performance or unlock new possibilities for client solutions.
What we're looking for
- Frequent AI user with interest in building things.
You've built multiple custom GPTs or Claude skills, maybe some automations. You're probably the person your team asks about how to write better prompts. You use AI regularly and understand prompting foundations.
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
Many of our AI solutions generate content - social posts, articles, web copy. You need to judge whether outputs are actually good, not just whether they ran successfully.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
You follow processes, create them when they don't exist, and identify efficiencies.
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing.
Content, social, digital, agency work, anything where you created deliverables for clients. 2 years works if you're quick to learn.
- Detail-oriented.
Half this job is testing and iteration.
- Reliable on deadlines.
Startup means priorities shift and you need to adapt.
