Responsibilities
- Design and build ML infrastructure, training pipelines, and model deployment systems
- Develop SDKs and tools for AI agent development
- Work closely with customers to deploy and optimize AI solutions
- Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability
Basic qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or related field
- Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
- Background in LLM, NLP, or deep learning
- Interest in ML infrastructure and startup environment
Preferred qualifications
- Publications in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP)
- Experience building ML platforms, APIs, or SDKs
