Apprenticeship - Data Scientist and Business Intelligence Analyst

As part of its Apprenticeship campaign, AXA XL is recruiting a Data Scientist and Business Intelligence Analyst (M/F).
AXA XL is the AXA division dedicated to property and casualty insurance for large corporations and specialty risks. Our teams design targeted solutions to cover risks, from the most common to the most complex, for our clients. Whatever our clients’ activities, we are here to support them in an increasingly uncertain yet fascinating world.

Join our AXA XL Data Science and Business Intelligence Apprenticeship Program for a two-year experience that will empower you to develop your technical abilities while making a real impact on our organization.
What we're looking for
Pursuing a degree (Master 1), in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related fields.
Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting techniques.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts, particularly star schema.
Strong analytical skills, a keen interest in problem-solving, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
