Identity AI / ML Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI systems . This is a lead-level role requiring strong hands-on expertise, architectural ownership, and the ability to mentor teams while working closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Architect and build Agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, orchestration, autonomous decision-making)
• Design scalable AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and the broader Generative AI stack
• Drive AI use cases leveraging the Snowflake AI stack (critical requirement)
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and platform teams to integrate AI models into production systems
• Ensure best practices around model governance, security, scalability, and performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and apply them pragmatically to business problems

Mandatory Core Skills (Must-Have):

• Snowflake AI stack (Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, ML workloads on Snowflake) Critical
• AWS Bedrock (model selection, orchestration, deployment)
• Generative AI stack (LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering)
• Agentic AI systems (agents, tools, memory, planning, orchestration frameworks)
• Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks
• Cloud-native architecture experience on AWS

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks
• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise-scale applications
• Prior experience in a lead or architect role

• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives in product engineering or enterprise environments
• Strong balance of hands-on technical depth and leadership
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
