We are looking for an GenAI Engineer who can build generative AI applications that deliver real process value and ensures the organisation embraces them.
What you'll work on
- Build production-grade GenAI applications in Python or .NET
- Systematically evaluate and monitor GenAI workflows and agents
- Iterate on models and agents based on structured experiments, not intuition
- Design and implement Azure-based solution architectures
- Focus on integration, scalability and maintainability of applications
- Work with modern API integrations and LLM orchestration frameworks
- Translate AI capabilities into concrete process improvements
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive organisational change by bringing people along in the AI transformation
What we're looking for
Education
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics or Business Engineering with a focus on AI.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (and/or .NET) for application development
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI evaluation and monitoring tooling (MLflow, Langfuse)
- Knowledge of Azure solution architecture and cloud deployment
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic patterns
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices and a data-driven, iterative approach to model quality
- Understanding of out-of-the-box capabilities of existing AI solutions (claude, copilot, n8n...)
Soft Skills
- Strong communicator; able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Active learning mindset: stays current in a fast-evolving domain
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, MES) and their integration patterns
- Background in startup mindset or AI transformation initiatives
