Position Responsibilities:

Deliver production-grade machine learning solutions. Design, develop and deploy scalable low-latency machine learning products. Envision, design and implement cutting-edge products in the fields of applied computer science and deep learning technology focusing on the development and research of large-scale production-level deep learning algorithms, models, and systems. Build state-of-the-art deep learning platforms and address machine learning problems in the field of digital advertising, such as pCTR prediction, pCVR prediction, pROAS prediction, bidding price optimization, and AutoML. Lead a team to deliver production-grade machine learning solutions with notable business impact from end to end. Design, develop and deploy scalable low-latency machine learning products. Communicate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations and create effective roadmaps. Closely work with machine learning platform and serving teams to deploy and streamline machine learning pipelines. Optimize and scale up existing machine learning products. Closely work with the MLOps team to ensure product health. Closely work with external partners to introduce new machine learning features and tools. Research the latest machine learning technologies and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new features. Design and implement next-generation machine learning models with advanced technologies.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. If qualifying with Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree, must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on experience in production-grade machine learning solutions; (2) experience in mainstream ML libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark ML; (3) experience with mainstream big data tools, including MapReduce, Spark, Flink, and Kafka; (4) programming experience in object-oriented programming languages, including Python and Go; (5) experience with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles; and (6) experience in SQL and databases. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. Employer will accept a PhD degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience. If qualifying with PhD degree or foreign equivalent degree, must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on experience in production-grade machine learning solutions; (2) experience in mainstream ML libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark ML; (3) experience with mainstream big data tools, including MapReduce, Spark, Flink, and Kafka; (4) programming experience in object-oriented programming languages, including Python and Go; (5) experience with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles; and (6) experience in SQL and databases. Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $226,138/year to $240,000/year
