What You'll Do

Develop a deep, holistic understanding of Spotify’s Brazil business across brand, content, product, and financial performance.

Diagnose performance trends, identify structural growth opportunities, and surface emerging risks.

Translate insights into clear strategic priorities and actionable investment recommendations.

Assess key P&L drivers and evaluate trade-offs to maximize impact and sustainable growth.

Support and influence annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment between strategy, targets, and execution.

Align stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Drive business rhythm and performance tracking — partnering with cross-functional leads to ensure visibility, accountability, and focus.

Maintain oversight of budget allocation and investment effectiveness, identifying opportunities to reallocate resources for higher impact.

Build executive-ready narratives for QBRs, planning forums, and leadership reviews.

Advocate for Brazil’s needs and opportunities in regional and global forums.

Act as a trusted thought partner to the local and regional leadership teams.
Who You Are

A highly analytical and strategic business leader with 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field — ideally within technology, music, consumer internet, or high-growth environments.

You combine structured thinking with strong business intuition and are comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, insights, and execution.

Proven experience in strategic planning and business performance management, including diagnosing drivers of growth, profitability, and market dynamics.

Experience building or influencing business cases, investment proposals, and resource allocation decisions.

A track record of translating data and ambiguity into clear strategic recommendations. You can synthesize complex information into concise narratives for senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations, influencing without authority and aligning diverse stakeholders.

High ownership and autonomy — you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity where it does not yet exist.

Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
