You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering
production-ready GenAI solutions
that improve efficiency, decision-making, and productivity across complex construction environments.

📍 Location & Flexibility

• Flexible location (East Coast preferred)
• Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days per week in the office

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions , from concept through to production.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and copilots using modern LLM and agentic frameworks.
• Translate real business problems into practical, scalable GenAI architectures that deliver measurable impact.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical leads to align AI solutions with operational goals.
• Prepare, manipulate, and analyse data using Python and modern data tooling .
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences , influencing strategy and adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready , following best-practice MLOps principles.
• Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies and identifying new enterprise-wide use cases.
• Support and deliver against the organisation’s AI roadmap , ensuring outcomes are aligned with business objectives.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in software development and/or machine learning.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Strong experience with:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic workflows
• Training and fine-tuning LLMs using structured and unstructured data
• Experience integrating AI via data connectors, APIs, and gateways .
• Solid understanding of modern AI platforms and tooling, such as:
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• Copilot Studio & M365 Copilot
• Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or AWS AI services
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and embedding models .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge graphs experience is a nice to have , not essential.
• A strong problem solver with a strategic mindset.
• Confident communicator who enjoys influencing stakeholders and enabling data-driven transformation .
