Role overview
This is a full-time AI/ML Engineer role, based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. Daily tasks include researching and developing algorithms, training neural networks, analyzing large datasets, and optimizing machine learning pipelines. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful AI-driven systems.
What we're looking for
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Algorithms, and Statistics
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition models
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts, including predictive modeling
- Ability to process and analyze complex datasets to derive insights
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools for AI/ML
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills, innovation, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (like AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
- Experience working in industries like Banking, Healthcare, or Retail is a plus
